ITEMS YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE
Copies of last two years W-2s and pay stubs for last thirty days
If self-employed, copies of last two years personal tax returns signed and dated, copies of last two years business tax returns signed and dated and a copy of the business year-to-date Profit & Loss Statement and Current Balance Sheet
Satisfactory evidence for other sources of income
Addresses of residency for past two years and landlord’s addresses and contact numbers
Name and address of current landlord
Names and addresses of employers for past two years
Names, addresses and account numbers for all liquid assets (checking, savings, etc.)
Names, addresses and account numbers and monthly payments for all liabilities (auto loans, credit cards, mortgages, personal loans, etc.)
Last two months bank statements ( 3 months for VA Loans )
Complete information on other real estate owned (current lenders, payments, balances, rental income, leases, etc.)
Copies of all bankruptcy documents if applicable
Copies of divorce decrees and separation agreements if applicable
Check your credit report for any mistakes
Completed purchase contract signed by all parties
Certification of Eligibility and DD214’s (VA Loans Only)
Picture ID and Social Security card (for FHA Loans Only)
