With only 41 lots on nearly 54 acres, almost every one of our lots are an acre or more in size. The affordable annual assessment for association dues is set at only $120.00 per year and provides for the operation, maintenance, land-scaping and any repairs to the community’s waterfall entrance. Corbett Creek Falls is located in Lee County Alabama, one of the state’s fastest growing counties. The property tax rate is considerably lower than many surrounding counties, especially Muscogee and Harris counties in neighboring Georgia. Being located outside the city limits of both Phenix City and Smiths Station Alabama saves additional city property taxes, making Corbett Creek Falls more economical than many other developments in our area. Even with its’ low property taxes Lee County Alabama’s schools are above average and Corbett Creek Falls is located in the Smiths Station School District. Smiths Station schools provide a quality public education for your children. If you prefer a private school education for your children, Glenwood Private School is located approximately 20 minutes from Corbett Creek Falls.
Power service to Corbett Creek Falls is provided by Alabama Power Company. Smiths Water Authority provides for the subdivision’s water needs while phone and high speed DSL (up to 6 meg.) is provided by Bellsouth / AT&T.
